Absolutely. Your security is our priority. Our entire website uses 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your full credit card details on our servers. All payments are processed by certified secure platforms like Stripe and PayPal.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Our fulfillment process is designed to be very fast. If you need to request a change or cancellation, please email us immediately at contact@fuvory.com with your order number. We can only make changes if your order has not yet entered the processing stage. We cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications after an order is placed.
2. Privacy & Discretion
Is the shipping packaging really discreet?
Yes, 100% guaranteed. Your privacy is not just a feature; it's our foundation. Every order is shipped in a plain, unmarked box or mailer with no Fuvory branding. The sender information is neutral and gives no clue as to the contents.
What will the charge look like on my bank statement?
We guarantee complete billing discretion. The charge on your statement will appear under a generic and neutral business name (e.g., "FVY WELLNESS" or similar). It will never mention Fuvory or the nature of the products.
3. Shipping & Tracking
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a direct link to follow your package's journey. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to become active.
Where do you ship to?
We currently offer free standard shipping to the United States and the United Kingdom. We are actively working on expanding to other countries. Join our newsletter to be the first to know!
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or if it shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us at contact@fuvory.com. We will launch an investigation with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will send a free replacement.

What are your products made of?
Your safety is non-negotiable. We prioritize products made from premium, body-safe, and non-porous materials like medical-grade silicone, ABS plastic, and borosilicate glass. We avoid materials known to be unsafe, such as phthalates or latex.
How should I clean and care for my products?
Proper care extends the life of your products and ensures hygiene. We recommend washing products before and after each use with warm water and a specialized toy cleaner or gentle, unscented soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or boiling water unless the product instructions state otherwise.
Why is your return policy so strict?
For your protection. Because our products are intimate items, we have a strict hygiene-first policy. We guarantee that every product you receive from us is brand new, factory-sealed, and has never been touched or handled by another customer. Accepting returns on opened items would break this promise and compromise the safety of our community.
