1. MANDATORY AGE REQUIREMENT

However, we do not warrant that they are error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Offer and Acceptance: Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. This offer is not considered accepted until we dispatch the order. Our initial order confirmation email is an acknowledgment of receipt of your offer, not an acceptance of it.
  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. This may include, but is not limited to, limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our fraud prevention department.
  • Payment: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Full payment is required at the time of order. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
  • Order Cancellation: You may request to cancel an order by contacting us at contact@fuvory.com. We can only process cancellations for orders that have not yet entered the fulfillment stage. Due to our rapid processing times, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

4. Shipping, Returns & Title of Risk

  • Shipping: All shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. The risk of loss and title for all items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
  • Returns & Refunds: Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, our return policy is strict. Please review our Return Policy for detailed information on eligibility and procedures.

5. Intellectual Property

All content featured on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Fuvory or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Fuvory name and logo are trademarks of Fuvory. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this Site without our express written permission.

6. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

As a condition of using this Site, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international laws.
  • Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Submit false or misleading information.
  • Interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Site.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fuvory and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

11. General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms and the policies referenced herein constitute the entire agreement between you and Fuvory.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable and does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
  • Modifications: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on our Site. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
