Your trust is our highest priority. Every Fuvory order is shipped with the following guarantees:
- Completely Plain Packaging: Your order will arrive in a standard, unmarked box or mailer with no logos, branding, or any indication of the contents.
- Neutral Sender Information: The shipping label will show a neutral sender name, not "Fuvory," to ensure absolute discretion.
- Secure & Tamper-Evident: We use high-quality packaging to protect your items and ensure they arrive safely.
- No Invoices or Marketing on the Outside: The exterior of the package will be free of any product descriptions, prices, or promotional materials.
- Discreet Billing: Your credit card or bank statement will display a generic and discreet descriptor from our payment processor, with no mention of Fuvory or the nature of the products.
2. Order Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are subject to a processing period before they are shipped.
- Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days.
- This period is used for payment verification, order quality checks, and dispatch from our global fulfillment centers. Processing time is separate from and does not include the shipping transit time.
Orders placed on a weekend or a US public holiday will begin processing on the following business day. You will receive an email notification once your order has been successfully dispatched.
3. Shipping Times & Costs
Fuvory is pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping to our customers in the United States and the United Kingdom.
United States (USA)
- Shipping Method: Standard (Free)
- Estimated Delivery Time: 6-10 Business Days (after the 1-3 day processing period)
- This applies to the 48 contiguous states. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories may take an additional 3-5 business days.
United Kingdom (UK)
- Shipping Method: Standard (Free)
- Estimated Delivery Time: 6-10 Business Days (after the 1-3 day processing period)
Important Disclaimers:
- The delivery times listed above are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.
- "Business Days" are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in the United States.
- Fuvory shall not be held liable for shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, carrier-related_issues, or periods of high order volume (e.g., Black Friday, holidays).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
You can monitor the status of your shipment by clicking the link in your confirmation email or by entering the tracking number directly on the carrier's website.
5. Shipping Address
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.
Please double-check all shipping information before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Address Changes: If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact our support team immediately at contact@fuvory.com. We can only attempt to make changes before the order has entered the processing stage at our fulfillment center. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order is placed.
- Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for the costs associated with reshipment.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Fuvory is committed to ensuring you receive your order in perfect condition. However, we are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

Tracking Shows "Delivered" but Not Received: If your tracking information confirms delivery but you have not received the package, please:
- Check with other household members, neighbors, or building management.
- Look for the package in secure locations (e.g., porch, mailroom, back door).
- Contact the carrier directly to inquire about the delivery.
- If the package is still not found, you must contact us at contact@fuvory.com within 5 calendar days of the marked delivery date.
- Package Lost in Transit: If your package has not shown any tracking updates for more than 7 consecutive business days, please contact us. We will launch an investigation with the carrier. If the package is officially declared lost by the carrier, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost.

Package Arrived Damaged: If your order arrives with visible damage, you must:
- Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and any damaged items.
- Contact us at contact@fuvory.com within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- Include your order number and the photographic evidence in your email. We will assess the situation and provide a resolution.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We are currently only able to ship to addresses within the United States and the United Kingdom. We do not ship to any other international destinations at this time.
Furthermore, due to carrier limitations, we may be unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.
8. Policy Updates
Fuvory reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately.
