Are Fuvory products body-safe?

What type of lubricant should I use?
Using the correct lubricant is essential for comfort, pleasure, and protecting your products.
- For ALL Toys (Especially Silicone): Water-based lubricants are the universal best choice. They are safe for all materials, easy to clean, and condom-compatible.
- For Glass or Metal Toys Only: Silicone-based lubricants can be used. They are long-lasting but can damage silicone toys over time.
- Avoid: Oil-based lubricants (like coconut oil) as they can degrade certain materials and are not compatible with latex condoms.

- Deep Cleaning (for non-electronic, silicone toys): You can boil silicone items for 3-5 minutes for complete sterilization.
- Storage: Store your items in a clean, dry place, preferably in a dedicated pouch or box. Avoid direct sunlight and storing different materials in contact with each other.
Are the products waterproof?
Many of our products are, but it varies. Always check the product page for its specific waterproof rating (e.g., "Splashproof" or "Fully Submersible - IPX7"). Never submerge a product unless it is explicitly rated as waterproof, and always ensure charging ports are completely dry before charging.
How long do batteries last and how do I charge them?
- Rechargeable Toys: Typically offer 1-3 hours of use per charge. For longevity, avoid draining the battery completely and use the charger provided.
- Battery-Operated Toys: Battery life depends on the type of batteries and intensity of use. We recommend removing batteries when storing the product for long periods.

What is your product warranty?
We stand behind the quality of our products. All items are protected against manufacturing defects. If you receive a product that is damaged or does not function correctly out of the box, please contact us immediately. Many of our electronic products also come with a manufacturer's warranty (typically 1 year), the details of which are listed on the product page.
How do I make a warranty claim?
If you believe your product has a defect, please email us at contact@fuvory.com with:

- A clear description of the issue.
- A photo or short video demonstrating the problem.
Our team will review your claim and provide a quick resolution, which is typically a free replacement. In most cases, you will not need to send the defective item back.
4. Travel
Can I travel with my products?
Yes. For air travel, we recommend packing items in your checked luggage. If you must use a carry-on, be aware that security may wish to inspect them. Using a discreet, lockable travel pouch is a great way to ensure privacy. Always research the laws of your destination country regarding the possession of adult products.
