RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Our Golden Rule: Hygiene & Safety First

At Fuvory, your health, safety, and satisfaction are our top priorities. Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, we adhere to a strict return policy.

For health and safety reasons, we CANNOT accept returns on any item if its original, factory-sealed packaging has been opened, broken, or tampered with.

This means that the following items are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE once opened:

  • Any product removed from its sealed packaging.
  • Any product that has been used, even once.
  • Any product where a hygiene seal is broken.

This policy is enforced without exception to ensure the safety and peace of mind of all our customers. We thank you for your understanding.

2. When We Can Offer a Resolution

While we cannot accept returns on opened items, we are fully committed to resolving issues for which we are responsible. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund in the following situations:

  • Manufacturing Defect: The product does not function correctly out of the box or has a clear manufacturing flaw.
  • Damage During Transit: The product itself (not just the outer shipping box) arrives visibly broken or damaged.
  • Incorrect Item Sent: You received a different product, color, or variant than what you ordered.

3. The Resolution Process: Simple & Fast

If you experience one of the eligible issues above, please follow this simple 3-step process. Please DO NOT send any items back to us unless specifically instructed by our team.

Step 1: Contact Us Promptly

You must contact our support team at contact@fuvory.com within 7 calendar days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information.

Step 2: Provide Clear Proof

In your email, you must include:

  1. Your Order Number.
  2. A clear description of the issue.
  3. Clear photo and/or video evidence showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item. For damaged items, please include a photo of the shipping packaging as well.

Providing clear evidence is crucial as it allows us to process your resolution request quickly, often without the need for a physical return.

Step 3: Receive Your Resolution

Our team will review your claim within 1-2 business days. If the issue is verified, we will immediately process your choice of either:

  • A free replacement of the same item, shipped to you at no cost.
  • A full refund to your original payment method.

4. Key Policy Points & Clarifications

  • "Change of Mind": We do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" or if you are unsatisfied with an opened, functional product. We encourage you to read product descriptions and reviews carefully before purchasing.
  • Time Limit: Any claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. It is your responsibility to inspect your order upon arrival.
  • Refund Processing: Please allow 5-10 business days for a processed refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please refer to our Shipping Policy. This is a delivery issue, not a return issue, and is handled separately.
